Хорошая квартира, все устроило. Большое спасибо. Скорее совет: электроплитка подключена к обычной бытовой розетке и все очень долго греть, электрочайник сделал бы все вообще идеальным. И это стало бы экономнее для тех, кто оплачивает электричество.
